CONGRATULATIONS to Sounds of La Salle aka SOLS! for making it through to the Regional final for Smokefree Tangata Beats 2021.
Their original song “I wanna love you” was a huge hit with the crowd – the 7 piece band have been rehearsing for the last few weeks and represented DLS proudly. Thank you to our vocal itinerant Leonard Folau for his guidance of the group and to those who supported during practises Ofisa Sakaria (old boy, class of 2019), Simi Petelo, Elijah Taulago and John Pio. Special mention to Mr Faalepo Vaotuua for helping with transport and moving instruments as well as constant encouragement of the band.
