Office 365 Troubleshooting

Students, if you experience issues logging onto Microsoft Office 365, connecting to your emails or OneNote, please email DoyleP@delasalle.school.nz; admin@delasalle.school.nz; enrolments@delasalle.school.nz.
Should your forget your password to log onto Microsoft Office 365 you can request to have the password reset by emailing DoyleP@delasalle.school.nz.

If a student experiences any issues with a subject, please email your subject teacher.

Families if there are issues connecting to your home internet, please contact your internet service provider.

We understand that there may be a lot of pressure on internet use at home. If this is the case, to ease the pressure why not decide on a dedicated/regular time slot (e.g. 1 – 2 hours) to study each day. Creating a routine offers a few hours of uninterrupted use of the internet to focus on school work. If internet reliability continues to be an issue, limiting internet use elsewhere in the house during study time may help and will make it easier to access and complete school work.

Students please consider that you can assist with easing internet pressure by downloading work and completing tasks offline. We encourage students to initiate time away from devices. Social media and gaming can be hard to resist. Setting online time limits may help to manage this and give much needed time away from devices.
