This year’s Samoa Language Week at De La Salle  was a success! Our young Sāmoan men really enjoyed embracing their language and culture all of last week. This year’s theme was Fa‘aauau le Folauga i le Va‘a o Tautai – Continuing the Voyage with Competent Wayfinders of the Ocean! A theme that encourages our Sāmoan people young and old to keep our language and culture alive in Aotearoa. It talks about how we can continue our voyage as tagata Sāmoa in a foreign land.
